Engine Maintenance and Servicing Workshop with Alan Haynes.

Join us for a comprehensive day dedicated to understanding and maintaining your engine.

Alan will provide a detailed explanation of engine functionality and the importance of routine maintenance, following the guidelines outlined in the Vittorazi User/Service Manual.

While the focus will be on Vittorazi engines, the fundamental principles discussed will be applicable to other 2-stroke and 4- stroke engines as well.

The session will include an in-depth examination of the carburettor, covering its operation, servicing procedures (including needle height adjustment and pop-off pressure), and tuning techniques (needle jet adjustments).

Additionally, we will cover key peripheral components, such as the Pull Starter, Reduction Drive, and Exhaust Bushing.

The workshop will also include a step-by-step guide on cylinder and piston removal, carbon deposit removal (de-coking), and measuring the squish clearance to ensure the correct gap between the piston and cylinder head.

This workshop is an invaluable opportunity to enhance your technical knowledge and ensure optimal engine performance through proper maintenance.

Expert Reserve Parachute Repacking, Deployment Training & Practice Throws with Oscar Haynes

Our service is built on expertise and consistency—we handle reserve repacking multiple times a year when completing our training courses in turkey, ensuring a higher level of reliability than those who repack just once a year.

Manufacturers recommend repacking annually to prevent compression, moisture retention, and grit accumulation, all of which can compromise fabric integrity. A fresh repack also ensures the fastest possible deployment time in an emergency.

Every deployed reserve undergoes a thorough inspection on our light table to identify any strain or damage caused by shock loading.

Unlike other repacking centres, we have genuine real-life experience in both deploying reserves ourselves and guiding others through emergency deployments.

Through our SIV/Acro courses, we have firsthand experience in advising pilots when to throw their reserves in critical situations, providing us with unique insights that directly inform our repacking and training services.

In addition to repacking, we provide expert guidance on when and how to deploy your reserve parachute, ensuring you understand the correct techniques for real-life emergency situations. We will offer practice throw sessions, allowing you to gain hands-on experience in a controlled environment to build confidence and muscle memory.
